Delivery and Returns

We offer complimentary FedEx shipping on all U.S. orders.  Your package will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. At this time, we do not ship internationally.  
Deliveries are currently restricted to the U.S.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes
We will send you an email with shipping details
We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses
We will send FedEx Tracking number
We cannot ship to freight forwarders
We will send Link in provided email
We cannot ship to hotel or motel address
We will send estimated arrival of your order
We cannot ship to Puerto Rico or Guam
We cannot ship to territories situated outside USA

You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, FedEx should leave a re-delivery slip.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

In order to meet the current demand and given the nature of sourcing our limited production materials, all sales are final.  No returns/no exchanges.  Please remember RobertJames pieces are crafted from authentic exotic skins, and as expected, may sometimes have naturally occurring scars and/or blemishes.  These are not defects, but act more as fingerprints of each individual piece.  Please be sure to review all pictures/video disclosures and ask any questions prior to purchasing.  Please direct any questions to info@robertjamesluxury.com
