In order to meet the current demand and given the nature of sourcing our limited production materials, refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for consideration. (Custom order jewelry pieces are not eligible for return.) Items must be returned in unused and original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all return shipments must be insured for the full value of the item. Please remember RobertJames pieces are crafted from authentic exotic skins, and as expected, may sometimes have naturally occurring scars and/or blemishes. These are not defects, but act more as fingerprints of each individual piece. Please be sure to review all pictures/video disclosures and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
