Every RobertJames design begins with an original concept and undergoes an extensive development process before final approval and execution of a piece begins. Each piece is created using advanced manufacturing techniques and finished by highly skilled artisans, with meticulous attention given to every detail. From stone setting and polishing to final inspection, every piece is produced to meet the exacting standards of the RobertJames brand.

What materials are used in RobertJames jewelry?

RobertJames jewelry is executed in precious sterling silver and finished in rich 18kt yellow gold and/or rhodium. Our collection features a stunning combination of natural gemstones, premium lab-grown gemstones, cultured pearls, enamel, and other fine materials selected to complement each design. Material specifications vary by piece and are listed within each individual product description.

What types of gemstones does RobertJames use? Are they genuine?

RobertJames designs feature a carefully curated selection of both natural gemstones and premium lab-grown gemstones, chosen for their exceptional beauty, brilliance, durability, and quality. We believe every gemstone has its place when selected with purpose and held to uncompromising standards.

RobertJames does not use cubic zirconia in any of its designs, nor do we use other low-quality simulated stones. Every gemstone featured in our collection, whether natural or lab-grown, is intentionally selected to complement the design while meeting the exacting quality standards of the RobertJames brand. Is RobertJames jewelry suitable for everyday wear?

Are all RobertJames pieces available for immediate shipment?

Because these designs are individually produced specifically for their owner, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for completion. This approach allows us to maintain the exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and exclusivity that define the RobertJames brand.

Do you offer clip-on earrings?

Select earring styles may be ordered as clip-on earrings. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options.

Do you accept returns on custom-order pieces?

Because custom-order pieces are created specifically for each client, custom-order items are considered final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

How should I care for my jewelry?

We recommend storing your jewelry in its presentation box when not in use and avoiding unnecessary exposure to perfumes, chemicals, lotions, and abrasive surfaces. Clean with a soft polishing cloth to help preserve its beauty and finish.
