Crafted by incredibly skilled artisans, using the finest leather-making traditions, and with meticulous attention given to every detail, each handcrafted RobertJames piece is unique and comes with its own individual charm and special characteristics. Like all pieces in our collection, items are crafted from exotic skins and require special care:

• Be kind to your handbag; try not to overload the piece to ensure it maintains its beautiful shape for many years to come.
• Being an exotic leather, your bag is sensitive to moisture. In the event it gets wet, pat it dry immediately with an absorbent cloth. Do not use products/chemicals to shine or maintain the leather.  Simply buff lightly with your RobertJames cleaning cloth.
• Try not to overexpose your bag to sunlight or humidity for extended periods of time.
• Avoid contact with chemical substances such as perfume/cosmetics.
• When storing your bag, keep it in the dust bag and sitting in an upright position. To help maintain the shape while not is use, consider filling the bag with tissue paper.
• Your RobertJames handbag is lined in ultra-microfiber. Not only is this beautiful material incredibly soft, it is both lightweight and stain resistant. Most small stains will disappear with a gentle dab of a cloth using a small amount of lukewarm water.  Tougher stains may require a mild cleaning fluid.

Your handbag arrives in a custom gift box, finished with ribbon, and accompanied by a signature dust bag, care card, cleaning cloth, and certificate of authenticity. From Oakmont to your hands, every detail speaks to the heritage, craftsmanship, and enduring elegance of an American original. Deliveries are currently restricted to the U.S. and shipped via FedEx.

You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, FedEx should leave a re-delivery slip.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

In order to meet the current demand and given the nature of sourcing our limited production materials, refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order to be eligible for consideration. Items must be returned in unused and original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all return shipments must be insured for the full value of the item.
