From stone setting and polishing to final inspection, every piece is produced to meet the exacting standards of the RobertJames brand.

What materials are used in RobertJames jewelry?

RobertJames jewelry is executed in precious sterling silver and finished in rich 18kt yellow gold and/or rhodium. Our collection features a stunning combination of natural gemstones, premium lab-grown gemstones, cultured pearls, enamel, and other fine materials selected to complement each design. Material specifications vary by piece and are listed within each individual product description.

What types of gemstones does RobertJames use? Are they genuine?

RobertJames designs feature a carefully curated selection of both natural gemstones and premium lab-grown gemstones, chosen for their exceptional beauty, brilliance, durability, and quality. We believe every gemstone has its place when selected with purpose and held to uncompromising standards.

RobertJames does not use cubic zirconia in any of its designs, nor do we use other low-quality simulated stones. Do you offer clip-on earrings?

Do you accept returns on custom-order pieces?

Because custom-order pieces are created specifically for each client, custom-order items are considered final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
